My Philosophy & Teaching Style

My goal is to help you feel radiant- inside and out! I emphasize listening to the wisdom of your body and encourage free movement, giving you the space to experiment and discover what feels good for you. In also emphasizing clear alignment, I offer a safe environment for you to explore and expand within your own body and consciousness. My classes incorporate breath-work and meditation to help calm the mind and bring you deeper into your practice.

I love to teach with a Yin-Yang approach, blending the flowing, breath-to-movement of Vinyasa, with the calming, meditative practice of Yin, as well as incorporating Meridian theory, qi gong, and energy healing.

Yoga is the process and journey of integrating the mind, body, and spirit. It’s about learning, discovering, and evolving, with love and compassion. It is truly a joy and honor to guide and hold space for all to experience the magic of yoga.

My Yoga Journey

Jane first came to yoga seeking a supplement to her workout regimen, but was caught by surprise when she quickly found herself in inversions and arm balances that had seemed impossible. Aspiring to conquer challenging poses, she developed a consistent practice. But as she learned to make the mind-body connection, her practice began to shift, extending into the mind and soul. She realized the ability to discover oneself through a form, and came to revere the depth that yoga had to offer beyond the physical practice. Yoga became a lifestyle and passion.

Coinciding with her decision to pursue yoga teacher training, Reiki found her in Tulum, sparking her own healing journey and a curiosity-turned deep affinity for energy work.

She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification at Kaya Yoga Remedy, transformed and inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. Intrigued to dive deeper into studying the subtle body, she went on to explore and complete further trainings in Yin Yoga and Radiant Body Yoga. 

Forever a student, she continues to immerse herself in the studies and daily practices of meditation, pranayama, yogic philosophies, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and all things esoteric. She currently offers private yoga and healing sessions in Orange County, California.

Private yoga lessons give you the opportunity to receive in-depth assistance. Each session is customized to meet your needs, preferences, and goals. Our sessions can be any style you prefer- energetic and sweaty, relaxing and slow, somewhere in between, or a blend of both. Classes include meditation and breathwork. Whether you want to improve flexibility, strength, relieve anxiety and tension, or simply get better sleep, I offer guidance through a down-to-earth, calming, easy-to-follow approach.
